Spring Sorority Open House, next Sunday, January 30th!

The Spring Sorority Open House is planned for next Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., as announced last semester.  Participation from each chapter is completely voluntary.

On the day of the Spring Sorority Open House, please expect a Panhellenic Officer to arrive a few minutes prior to 6:00 p.m. at your chapter house.  This officer will manage registration of PNMs visiting your chapter.  Please welcome these women and allow for them to use a small space in your entry area.

It is impossible to know how many women will be visiting your chapter during the Open House.  You may have no visitors, or you may have 20 visitors.  Please plan the time and resources of your chapter accordingly.  It is expected your chapter remain open for visitors the entire scheduled time.

PNMs will be transporting themselves between each chapter house.

Please remember all the ethical obligations your chapter has during recruitment - please adhere to all "no frills" practices as expected during Formal Membership Recruitment.  Financial and time obligations should be discussed with each participant.

Informational sessions will be held this week to inform PNMs of the spring recruitment process by Courtney Hallenbeck, PHC Director of Recruitment - Retention and COB.

Best wishes!
