Reserve your space during Orientation & Enrollment

Chapter Recruitment Leaders,

As you know new student orientation & enrollment is right around the corner, and many chapters choose to take full advantage of this outstanding recruitment opportunity.  This year Orientation & Enrollment will be held on the following dates in June:  10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 2010.   Each afternoon during orientation & enrollment the Union hosts a browsing fair on the first floor.  The browsing sessions begin at 12 pm and end at 3:30 pm.  Chapters are invited to participate in the browsing sessions each afternoon throughout O&E.  However, chapters that wish to participate must be represented at each browsing session and the representative must be present the entire time.  This is an expectation for all K-State departments and exhibitors.  Chapters do not need to reserve a table through the Union as Greek Affairs has already reserved a block of tables.  The tables are first come, first serve and all groups should plan on arriving around 11:30 am to set up and prepare for the day.

Please respond to bcutler@ksu.edu by Friday May 14th  to reserve space for your chapter during Orientation & Enrollment.
