semester end reminders for chapter presidents, delegates, recruiters and advisors

This is a special issue of Friday Findings, comprised of a few quick end of the semester information important for your chapter leadership role. 
Update your Chapter rosters by Friday, May 15!
On Saturday, May 2, all chapter presidents and primary chapter advisors recieved an email with important information and douments for reconciling the chapter's roster.  This information was provided in hard copy at the Panhellenic Council meeting on Monday, May 4.  Please ensure your chapter leadership is reviewing this information.
 
It is crucial all updates and documentation materials are provided no later than 5:00 p.m., May 15, 2009.  From these rosters, spring 2009 grade reports will be developed.

Semester scholarship reports!
All chapter presidents and primary advisors will receive a draft copy of their chapter's spring 2009 semester scholarship report no later than May 29.  Upon receipt of the draft copy, chapters will have 2 weeks to request any changes and present these back to Greek Affairs.  Final scholarship reports will be offered following these steps. 
Summer issues of Friday Findings 
Friday Findings will be produced bi-weekly over the summer months (May, June, July and August) and sent directly to the email inbox of chapter presidents, delegates, recruitment chairwomen, and primary chapter advisors.  Please keep your eyes out for these newsletters!
