5 national sororities explore K-State and consider K-State as possible home for their newest colony
The last two days have been very important and exciting days for the K-State sorority community.  8 representatives from a total of 5 National Panhellenic Conference organizations not currently at K-State visited Manhattan and the campus as part of an "exploratory visit."  These visits are part of the extension efforts which will result in the addition of a new sorority on campus.

Exploratory visits included many opportunities to review statistical information, ask questions, visit with campus professionals, tour campus and see property which would potentially be the home of a new K-State sorority.

The next step for interested sororities is to submit application materials to the K-State Panhellenic by March 9 which will be reviewed by the extension committee.  Three of the groups submitting applications will be invited to make a formal presentation on campus, and share why their organization is the best new organization for the K-State sorority community.  Read more.
