Growth at Spokane's Purcell Systems provides much needed boost to local employment:

-  Spring and Summer proved to be busy in Spokane. Noteably was the growth of local Purcell Systems who has undergone a recent shift in upper management and has set product shipping records including an on-time delivery rate of 95% or better for over 50 consecutive months and added over 75 new manufacturing jobs to the community. Purcell's inclusion of Personnel Source in their weekly manufacturing meetings as a staffing partner has allowed us to fully understand the projected labor needs and meet the employment growth of the company.

Personnel Source steps in to save Manpower contract to staff the Oregon State Fair....

- Just one year after loosing the staffing contract for the Oregon State Fair to staffing giant Manpower, Personnel Source was asked by Manpower and the Oregon Department of Parks & Recreation to step back in and handle the project in the second year of a three year contract.  "We were glad to be asked, and successfully placed nearly 450 operations staff and hope to regain the contract ouselves for next year".

  

Vancouver, WA:  Farwest Steel Corporation opens Super Center at Port and Christensen Shipyards grows while LEAN and innovative.......

Medford courted as home for a 1000 seat in-bound call center!......

- In September, Personnel Source was asked to meet with a national consulting firm and site selctor to help consider Medford Oregon as a location for a 1000 seat call center. This came as an exciting possiblitly given the currently upward trend of an already dismal unemployment rate in the region.  The unnamed multinational hospitality firm asked the consultant to meet with Personnel Source as a way to learn more about Medford's available workforce and its ability to sustain the staffing needs of a large customer contact center. We were proud to be able to boast about our wonderful workforce and all that Southern Oregon has to offer.
