Its been a few months since our last update on the employment front and it probably goes without saying, "you haven't missed much". Summer tends to have a calming effect in many industries and given the cool economy, this summer has been no exception. For most of us however, this is welcome news given the "change" we have recently endured and the anticipated "change" we hear is awaiting us. One observation we have noticed, is many organizations are examining the health of their business and reacting very much the same way an individual reacts when they examine their own lifestyle and how it relates to their personal health. What we all know is that the people who are most successful at maintaining their optimal weight, or fitness level observe a lifestyle of health. Business is like that too, and at Personnel Source, our "lifestyle of business health" has allowed us to be in the game longer and more successfully than any other staffing service in the pacific northwest. We don't have flashy marketing materials. We don't have high profile sales suits. We live in the community we serve. We hire people we know, and we work for companies we trust. We sponsor ball teams, employ our friends kids, volunteer in the community and when we have a good month, we put a little extra in the offering plate and are grateful for the place we live, and the clients we serve who have become our friends. It is true that the economy has dealt us all a blow, but at the end of the day - good people are ALWAYS hard to find and Personnel Source will ALWAYS be committed to finding them. It is a lifestyle for us........
We are particulary proud of our resent candidate certification process called Workforce Readiness Certified (WRC). In addition, our candidates can gain additional certification status through our Ready SET WRC program. This program allows interested candidates to hone their skills with resources available through our website for a wide variety occupational skill sets.
