Get a night of laughs with two club level seats to the Robin Williams' comedy tour. The show will be on October 8, 2009 at 8 p.m. at the Ford Center. Donated by Bank of Oklahoma.

Member Reward$ Program to Start October 1!
The Edmond Commerce will start a new program to reward members for event attendance and participation. The incentive program, similar to frequent flier miles, will start on October 1, 2009. The main objectives are to retain members and encourage participation at all functions and events. Members can accumulate points for attendance and then be eligible for prize drawings on a monthly or quarterly basis.  The Edmond Chamber will formally announce the program at the September 29th Membership Luncheon. The fourth quarter of 2009 will be used to test the program and will go from October 1, 2009 to December 18, 2009. Points will be awarded for event attendance and committee meeting attendance. Point standings will be in the Wednesday e-news every other week and will also be available for viewing on the Chamber's website. Member point standings will be updated every Friday on the web site. Prizes will be awarded on a monthly and quarterly basis. Members will be eligible for the prize drawings based on their accumulated points. A complete list of point values and program rules are listed on the Chamber's web site at www.edmondchamber.com. |

Chamber Gathering Items for Troop Pack
The Chamber's Military Affairs Council is gathering items to send overseas to members of its adopted wing at Tinker, the
3rd Combat Communications Group. The pack will be shipped the week of September 21st. Please bring items to the Chamber offices.
Items needed: Gum, sunflower seeds, hand sanitizer, small drink mix packets, candy that won't melt, beef jerky - a full list of needs from Captain Tupper should be available soon.

JewelSmiths is owned by Arthur Gordon a third generation Oklahoma jeweler whose grandfather started his business in 1904. They are proud members of the American Gem Society. JewelSmiths is Edmond's Premier Jeweler specializing in custom design, designer jewelry such as Simon G, King Baby, Gregg Ruth, Ideal and Royal Asscher cut diamonds. Gordon is well known in the jewelry industry as an expert in jewelry manufacturing, jewelry restoration and repairs. Arthur Gordon has won numerous jewelry design awards on the local and national level.
Gordon has written a book on Jewelry Repair that has been sold worldwide JewelSmiths is licensed by the State of Oklahoma to buy gold, diamonds, sterling silver flatware, fine watches and coins. They were recently selected by News Channel 4 (www.KFOR.com) to be their diamond and gold buying expert. JewelSmiths also works with News Channel 9 as their jewelry expert.
JewelSmiths is a concept store designed by Gordon to be a small, warm comfortable atmosphere where folks can do business and be assured of high quality products and services. All the services are provided on site. JewelSmiths is located in Spring Creek Plaza next to Stillwater National Bank at the North East Corner of 15th & Bryant Ave. Our most recent promotion is buying unwanted gold, broken jewelry, diamonds, sterling flatware and coin collections from individuals.
