About this event: This is an open forum of discussion which provides information to help small businesses. 'Conversation starters' are brought in by the steering committee to get the discussion started among the group and to share their knowledge on the topic.  Edmond Young Professionals Community Service Event
Volunteers are needed to help distribute clothes to the kids. Volunteers will have the opportunity to interact with each child that comes through. Their job is to make the children feel welcome and special while they help them pick out an article of clothing that they like. EYP is volunteering on August 14th from 12:45p.m. to 4:00p.m. Volunteers will be given a quick orientation as they are put in stations. Please contact Amanda Bowen to volunteer.

U R Special Ministries, Inc. exists to foster self-esteem and healthy lifestyles in needy and at-risk children. They do so by providing new, one-of-a-kind outfits of clothing for the children of Edmond and distributing it to them in ways that are celebratory, interactive, and affirming. U R Special distributes new outfits at the beginning of every school year.
