History Buffs

Martin National History Day competitors

Over the years, history teacher Juliann Warner has watched her Martin High School students make it to the state finals of National History Day, seeing them win as high as third place. But the collective triumph attached to this year's contingent of history buffs is quite unprecedented. | Eight Martin High School students will compete in the National History Day competition June 10-14.

Early Dismissal
Students will be dismissed early Wednesday and Thursday, May 30 and 31. High schools are released at 11:35 a.m., junior highs at 11:50 a.m., and elementaries at 1:40 p.m.
