Springing Into Good Health

Starla Smith knows a thing or two about living a healthy lifestyle. The Gift of Service

Zara A. was recently presented with the Leo C. Benavides Award. A few reasons why: she tutors elementary, junior high and high school students. She helps elderly residents spruce up their nursing home for the holidays. She participates in local community recycling and cleanup efforts. People take one look at Tervel Dlagnev - all 6 foot, 265 pounds of him - and almost always say, "You're a football player, right?" Wrong. Dlagnev is a wrestler.
