Gollywhopper Games

It's not every day you see Superintendent Jerry McCullough shooting hoops, but there he was last Friday in the Martin High School gym firing away. McCullough was on hand for the annual Gollywhopper Games, an evening full of activities built around math. Rotary Club of Arlington

Webb Elementary got a big shout out last week at the White House when Rotary Club of Arlington member Jim Fulgham was there to accept an award on the organization's behalf as a U.S. Rotary Club Champion of Change. | Jim Fulgham represented the Rotary Club of Arlington at the White House.

Junior High City Track Championships

Ferguson Junior High added more hardware to its trophy case last week when its boys track and field teams turned in a number of gutsy performances during the Junior High City Track and Field Championships at Wilemon Field. | Matthew A., Bailey Junior High, and Amir M., Ferguson Junior High, battle it out during the finals of the eighth-grade hurdles event.
