AISD Celebrates MLK

Each year Arlington's Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration practically covers the city with a four-day blitz of events and the AISD is a big part of the festivities. Whether it's elementary school choirs performing at the Multicultural Festival at Tarrant County Community College's Southeast campus or the popular step competition at Bowie High School where high school, junior high and elementary schools square off, participation among AISD students is plentiful. | Martin High School scored top honors at the step show during the MLK Celebration.

Artist a Hit at Ellis

There's absolutely nothing artist-illustrator C.F. Payne couldn't create on a canvas, so imagine what a hit he was Jan. 12 at Ellis Elementary. Carter Soccer Champs
The 21st After School Program moved beyond mere tutoring of basic core classes long ago to include everything from cooking classes to workshops on how to be a gentleman.
