Getting Fit at Beckham

About 100 Beckham Elementary fifth graders were on hand in their gymnasium to ooh and aah over Texas Rangers pitcher Derek Holland, who visited the school Dec. 15. Holland certainly wasn't alone, bringing with him a number of friends, like the always-energetic Rangers Captain. The Arlington Fire Department showed up, along with staff from the Medical Center of Arlington. | Beckham Elementary fifth graders participated in the Fitness All-Stars program before winter break.

World Diversity at Goodman

Visitors roaming the halls of Goodman Elementary just before winter break found themselves in a kind of international vortex. Johns Gives Back
Criteria for the Johns Elementary track team aren't much different from other track clubs - you've got to have an affinity for running, for starters.
