Minister Patel's Budget Speech 2012 to Parliament - necessary reading

Budget_coins

Minister Patel also, importantly, heads up the Secretariat of the Presidential Infrastructure Co-ordination Commission (PICC), tasked with rolling out government's ambitious infrastructure plan. To gain better insight into government's economic policy thinking, please click on EDD Budget Speech 2012 to peruse.
