A shipping container is in the final stages of preparation to send to RG. It has equipment for the dental center as well as a variety of items for the orphan ministry and other needs. But there is still some empty space! Shipping costs are the same whether the container is full or not full, so as stewards of the finances that God provides, we do not want to waste any space. We want to collect donations of items to finish filling the shipping container.
Following is a list of items that are needed at RG. If you can provide any of these, please contact Allison Todd in the Waco office at (254) 752 - 0583 or atodd@restorationgateway.org.
- Medical exam tables
 - Twelve 13-inch frying pans
- Twelve 8-quart, 10-inch pots
- Ice makers
- Shaved ice machines
- Commercial ice cream machines
- Commercial Popcorn poppers
- Library books for the children (including reference material such as encyclopedias)
- Solar equipment with batteries
- Car cigarette lighter-powered tire pumps
- 4-way tire lug nut wrenches
- Pillow cases, bed sheets and blankets (twin)
- Towels (bath, hand and kitchen)
- Children's clothes of all sizes - shorts, shirts, skirts (no minis), slips, underwear, jackets
- Children's shoes of all sizes
- Sanitary pads (no tampons)
- Volleyballs and industrial volleyball nets
- Master combination locks
- Hand tools of all kinds
- Medical supplies (with expiation date not less than July 2013)
- Dental stools (for both doctors and assistants)
- Dental hand pieces and instruments
- Commercial grade kitchen supplies, food processing equipment, utensils, ovens, etc.
- Baby supplies - cribs, pack and plays, diapers (esp. cloth), crib toys, mobiles, diaper pins, baby lotions, shampoos & soaps, bassinettes, car seats, etc.
- Canning jars - pint and quart size
- Variety of nuts/bolts, screws and fasteners
- Push mowers without motors (gas residue in motor would make the shipment "hazardous material" greatly increasing costs)
- Bee keeping suits and equipment of all kinds
- Folding ping pong table and equipment
- Welcome mats/rugs
- Roll-down projector screen
- Gardening tools of all types
All donations must be in good condition, no need of repair. Please note that donations must be received by Friday, July 20. A more comprehensive list of needs is available on our website.
