Greetings!

This month's community call is about the power of declaration. With summer just around the corner, we at Seven Stones are wondering what you are going to create this summer. Time is known for flying by in this season, creating a focus on how summer vacation isn't long enough or wishing you did more or went more places. We want to offer the possibility for you to create something new this summer. Creating something new for your life. A summer of enoughness and a life of enoughness. Life, like summer, is what you make it! Start by declaring -whatever you do or whatever happens- that this summer will be enough.

What is enough? Enough time, love, wealth, shoes in our closets or clothes in our drawers, enough self-development or satisfaction? Have you ever asked this question? How would we even know enough when we saw it?

Together in community: through meditation, guided spiritual investigation, and small group exercises, we will heal old patterns that live in our bodies and discern the context of scarcity that rules our lives. We will learn to re-awaken to what is enough.

Spend five days with us at this beautiful retreat center discovering the truth and freedom of exquisite enoughness. Check out an article written by the cofounder of Omega, Elizabeth Lesser writes called Enough. Visit the Omega Institute site and register here.

Telling the Truth about Scarcity: the starting point for exquisite sufficiency

Listen here!

This was our first community call in a series of calls leading up to our one week course at the Omega Institute. We are using the community calls as a place for all to dive into the deep work of creating a life and or organization from the stance of exquisite sufficiency. For some members of our community this call was a starting point for others it was a place for deeper inquiry. During the call we offered four symptoms of scarcity that has been prevalent in many of our client organizations: Mistrust, Disrespect, Gossip & Overwhelm. As a community we discussed these concepts and how they keep individuals and organizations rooted in scarcity. We also saw how scarcity feels and looks like to others. Then we explored together how one can move from this place of scarcity to exquisite sufficiency alone or as a group. We found out that the act of stating our scarcity moves us into exquisite sufficiency, opens us up and creates the context for new possibilities. Listen to the call to discover the greatness that comes when scarcity is confronted and sufficiency is allowed to fill the space. If you have questions, feel free to contact Gina at gina@sevenstonesleadership.com.
