Greetings!

This month we'll be in Atlanta for the International Christian Retail Show from the 10th through the 13th.  We look forward, as always, to seeing past and future customers there, and we will have a drawing for a first station license for those who visit us at the show.  Visit us at booth 322 in the Georgia World Conference Center!
Web Services Kiosk
Expanding on the support for Spring Arbor's Data Web Services, we're introducing a stand-alone search product, allowing your employees and customers to get information on books and other products.

Fully touch-screen compatible, there's no charge for this software, though it does require a subscription through Spring Arbor for the web services.  You can set up a variety of searches for your customers and employees, allowing for easy special ordering.  Employees can generate Flashback compatible files for easier purchase ordering!

The kiosk looks great on an all in one unit, and can be ordered from us preinstalled on the recommended hardware.
July Special for Existing Customers
For our existing customers, we have a special for the month for those of you looking at adding stations to your store.  Mention the code found below while ordering to receive $500 off an additional station license.  This MUST be done at the time of order, and is only valid from July 8th through July 31st.  This may not be combined with other offers.

Your code:  SA42RI
Label Utility

With ExtremePOS 2.9, the Label Utility moved from being a separate program to being a part of the inventory screen.  You can now find it under the tools tab of inventory maintenance.

This tool allows you to mass print labels, either off of a search or from purchase orders.  It will load default settings from your database for the label printer.

There are three basic options for choosing which products to print labels for, which you select from by clicking the radio button next to the one you wish to use.

Inventory file, which allows you to do a search on your inventory in the same style as lookup searches from within ExtremePOS and print the results (or, alternatively, leave the search fields blank and then print your entire inventory).

Purchase Orders, which allows you to print out labels for a specific PO.

Or Labels Queued from ExtremePOS HQ Store, for our HQ Corp/Store users using HQ Corp/Store for updating pricing and items.

There are two basic options for quantity of each label to print;  you can print the instock quantity, either new in stock or used in stock.  Otherwise, you can print a specific number of each label.

When you're ready to print, hit okay.  This will bring up the normal label printing screen with a few new options:

Select/Change Data to Print will return you to the first screen.  Show Data will list all of the items you are going to print in a grid format.  Additionally, the number of items to print shows in the lower left-hand corner.

Once you're satisfied with the format and dataset, hit print and your labels will print.

For customers on an update plan, the most recent version of the software is 2.09.0009.
