Join us for a free introduction to the Path of XPR (XPR is the evolution in Roman script of the Hebrew word for "sound, number, letter, light!")! Our time together is going to be highly interactive, lively, fun, and revealing. Please bring an open mind and/or your most skeptical questions. There is no preparation required for this event. : my choice of location, husband, career, childless marriage, body, soul. Until Mahalene Louis's path and mine crossed in 2004, I had been seeking. My path took me from Karachi, Pakistan, to East Orange, NJ, Philadelphia area, PA, the Washington, DC area, to Houston, Texas, to eastern Berlin, and back to NJ.

A pivotal moment in my life came in the 9^th year of my first marriage to someone 14 years my senior. I was on Rotary Foundation Group Study Exchange (GSE) from Houston to eastern Germany. "The Wall" had just come down. While flying over the Atlantic Ocean, I had an epiphany: I suddenly "saw" in my mind's eye a hand closing in on me, trying to snuff out my inner flame! In an instant, I realized that I had been holding my breath for years, had turned myself inside out in order to please someone else, and was still waiting to find joy and happiness, professionally and personally. I was in a really tough place: although I knew I was miserable, I was too scared to face the reality of a failed marriage and too scared to be on my own again.  I saw how my marriage was a way to put my life and myself on hold. d's expectations, I had ended up constructing a matching façade to my soul, a façade that aimed to please. After countless years of marriage to my pretenses and my fears, I felt controlled by self-doubt. I was not the confident global businesswoman that I was trying so hard to be, that I had dreamed to be.

So, here I was, Mid-Atlantic, having this moment of clarity shouting inside me: "take care of your flame; take care of YOU!" "But how?" was the question. Within 3 months I had changed continents and found an internship at a newly created division of the German government. All with only 40 hours of German language training! I did well for a few years until I let fear in the door again and found myself leaving everything behind, again, for a new love that lived in New Jersey. I worked in the areas of international marketing, cross-cultural consulting and training, metaphysical jewelry sales, and finally coaching. I was remarried, had survived numerous miscarriages, and gave birth to a healthy baby girl when I was 44.

Five years ago, Mahalene came to my "Top Ten Tips to Writing a Top Ten" teleclass. She had called me afterwards and I ended up hiring her as my coach! I began the extraordinary process of delving into my uninvestigated beliefs and reliance on "my story". Through Maha's experiential and cutting edge global cosmology known as the Path of XPR, I have since personally experienced profound transformations in every area of my life. dentification with my body, to bad news, or even to the idea of  "this is good," "this is bad" kind of thinking, I have found the inner courage and vision to follow my heart. I am now in the process of dissolving my second marriage and marveling how the way is being cleared for my daughter and I to take the next step into the future, being 100% certain (having 100% faith) that we will be taken care of 100%! Now I have the privilege of empowering my own clients as we explore the world of the visible and invisible via the Path of XPR. What a blessing to guide others on their journey of transformation, as I am being guided and led by the heART, too!
