EXPANDING LIFE'S POSSIBILITIES THROUGH A GLOBAL COSMOLOGY
Every step of the way, I get a chance to "try life on for size" as they say. I am in the midst of divorcing myself from many things... my old mind sets, my self-sabotaging attitudes and beliefs, the lies I've told myself about what was possible, about what I could and couldn't do, and more.
On the physical plane, I am preparing to go into a new life as a single mother of an amazingly wise child. Who's the parent, who's the child? Who's to say? All I know is that I have a chance to challenge the old me and bring on a complete letting go into the unknown, however dark and bleak my mind may try to convince me it is. What's on the "other side"? Is there an "other side" or is that an illusion too?
I chose to NOT make myself crazy, so, instead, I continue to journal, meditate, eat, rest, swim, coach, be coached, parent, play, sit on the beach, read, notice what my inner voice is whispering, or screaming, and connect with others who enjoy spiritual connections in all it's many forms!
In general, I continue to put one foot in front of the other and, day by day, life is unfolding exactly the way it's supposed to.... Now if I just get out of my own way, I have a chance to smell the roses along the way instead of project calamity and hardship. Do I want pain and struggle or do I want peace and joy?
What's helped me the most during this past year, especially, has been my continuous learning and training in the global cosmology that my coach, Mahalene Louis of Empowering NOW LLC, has been unfolding with me. I have been her client and mentee for over 6 years.
The time has come for me to start directly sharing the technology and coaching I have been privileged to receive from Maha and bring it to the whole wide world of which you are a sacred part!

 Quotations of the Month
When in any particular moment or period of your life where dynamic growth for any reason has just occurred the lack of the old familiar fit with all its patterns nestled neatly into your accustomed environment will cause considerable angst.
Fitting back into the older patterns requires a refusal to accommodate your new growth.
This refusal and then reversal of growth will instantly take place through the 'groping' for familiarity. Then you are left wondering what has gone wrong . . . while slightly relieved that you are back to "normal."
If, on the other hand, you allow this angst to simply state its case of uncertainty without accommodating or reacting to it, and then relax your resistance to the unfamiliar; the new growth will find its new patterns in your new environment and ultimately become the new familiar.
In other words . . . Don't try to fit in . . . you fit perfectly in you. By allowing the discomfort of not fitting in to simply be what it is; the arena around you is forced to comply with and verify you in your new form. This requires great quantities of faith and trust, and it is not so very easy, but it is ultimately extremely rewarding.
Remember: the only constant in this universe is change . . . "become the change you want to see."

You can't give from an empty cup, you'll just resent it and so will they.
