Chicken and Shrimp Jameson
- 7 oz Boneless  
  Chicken Breast
- 5, 21/25 Shrimp
- 1/4 cup of green onions
- 1/4 cup of mushrooms
- 1 Tbs of Grey Poupon
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Jamesons Irish Whiskey
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
 
Saute Chicken and Shrimp in Saute pan with butter until done.  Add green onions and mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes on medium heat.  Next add Jamesons and Grey Poupon and stir, salt and pepper to taste.  Stir in heavy cream and cook to thicken. Serve over rice.
