According to "Call to Action" research, a Vital Congregation has 16 drivers, including:
* Inviting and inspiring worship * Engaged disciples in mission and outreach * Gifted, empowered, and equipped lay leadership * Effective, equipped, and inspired clergy leadership * Small group ministries * Strong children's and youth ministry The Cabinet is celebrating "Bright Spots" in their districts that exhibit these "vital drivers," including North Keywood Circuit in Abingdon District and Ebenezer UMC in Knoxville District.
