Baskets, blankets, and Starbucks:
Holy Week in Holston Conference

Each of Holston's 899 churches are busily preparing for Maundy Thursday services and Easter Sunday services and  Easter egg hunts ... but a few are finding new ways to reach out during this definitive week of the year.

Find out what's happening at Meadowview UMC in Abingdon District, Hillcrest UMC in Knoxville District, St. John UMC in Chattanooga District, and others.

Also: Churches are invited to email their total Easter worship attendances for The Call's annual celebratory list. Totals should include all Easter Sunday services but not Maundy Thursday or egg hunt counts. Only pastors or lay leaders should submit worship totals, please, to prevent conflicting reports.
