The voters of Pierce County spoke loud and clear when they made the Auditor a non-partisan position. County government only works when it is run by independent leaders who understand people from every walk of life.

That's why I've decided to run for Auditor. Pierce County deserves fair and practical leadership that is directly accountable to the voters - not political parties. Over my nearly 20 years of elected service and private sector experience, I have become keenly aware of how public decisions affect private lives.
 
That's why my door will always be open to you as your Auditor.

My kick-off will be at the Poodle Dog Restaurant, located in Fife. Doors will open at 5:30 PM.

It's important I hear what you have to say and you know where I stand. I have the management experience to run an efficient, innovative office, even with a tight budget.
 
But just as important, I have what it takes to make the Auditor's Office accountable, transparent and inclusive. County government should work for you. Together, we can make it happen.
