WARNING! WARNING!
City Crackdown
Sources within City Hall have tipped off ICNC that CDOT will begin immediately issuing citations for public way violations, specifically A-frame/sandwich board signs on the sidewalk and flag signs in the public way. This is a $500 fine! There is no permit for these signs as they are considered unsafe for pedestrians and present untenable liability for the City. So please beware of this new enforcement and pass the word to your fellow businesses!
