Over 500 attend local Industrial Expo on Sustainability
ICNC, along with other City of Chicago industrial groups, hosted an industrial exposition at Coyne American Institute where area business owners learned about sustainability as well as city-wide opportunities for land, buildings and financial assistance.  Joyce Shanahan of ICNC facilitated a roundtable on "Making Money by Going Green" which featured  ICNC Tenant, InnerGlow, a growing small business in ICNC's incubator which recycles local glass to create beautiful countertops. Mayor Daley was the keynote speaker. Check upcoming newsletters for other additional "green" events.
Grant Alert! Money now available!

ComEd rebates now available and easy to apply for - don't miss yours

ComEd's is issuing rebates to business customers. You can get money for energy efficiency improvements as simple as changing incandescent light bulbs to compact fluorescents. Once this year's money is gone, there's none left until next summer, so apply now. Download rebate applications directly here. Last Chance to Bid for City Owned Lake St. Property
August 22nd is the final day that the Department of Planning and Development will accept proposals for 98,000 square feet of land (subdivisible) on the south east corner of Lake and Campbell Streets in the PMD (2500 W Lake).
