Rep Mike Coffman is scheduled to talk on Mike Rosen on KOA today (at 11am we're told) about the 'Fort Carson and Pinon Canyon expansion'.

We expect Coffman will be going against Tipton in pushing expansion onto Tipton's District.

Yesterday: Representative Tipton advised that he is pushing already to keep the funding ban in place for any Pinon Canyon expansion for next year.
