2. Contact Congressman Tipton and ask for continuation of the Funding Ban
 

He likely hasn't heard from everyone and may not know how many people are against expansion.  He is 'not for' a permanent ban yet may still be persuaded to keep the temporary ban in place at least.
 

So please write, call his offices, send a fax, send an email, leave a message that you are against expansion and ask Congressman Tipton to keep the current funding ban in place.
