US Senate candidate Andrew Romanoff says he will support a permanent ban on the Pinon Canyon expansion.
Along with their constituents (all of us) and the majority of the state, Reps John Salazar and Betsy Markey need that level of Senate support for a permanent ban to be enacted.
You may remember that Mr. Romanoff, as Colorado Speaker of the House some two years ago was very supportive of HB 1069 and has opposed the uneccessary expansion from the start.
