The Spending ban rests with conferees (The Senate version of the bill didn't have the temporary ban language but the House version did so they have to meet to determine how to 'meld' the two bills)
It's definitely a must to keep the temporary ban in place - so be sure to tell our Senators Udall and Bennet and Representatives Salazar and Markey thank you for pushing for that!!
And ask for their continuing efforts to get a permanent ban in place to put the issue to rest once and for all.
