Today the Colorado Senate approved HB1317 barring the State Land Board from selling or leasing any lands it owns for the purpose of expanding Pinon Canyon.
Be sure to thank all those Representatives and Senators that have been such ardent supporters of their constituents!
Tomorrow will likely be the third reading for the formal vote tally.
And then it goes before the Governor for his signature - so start writing Governor Ritter to ask for his signature on this bill that has been overwhelmingly supported by our legislators!
