Lodgical Solution can also track who is using your conference rooms.  You'll be able to use the same accounts in your conferences that you have for your reservations.
Set-Up
You will need to go to Utilities, Configuration, General Information.  Go to the Conferences tab. 

Conference Room Setup

Check the Allow Conference Room Bookings checkbox.  The first thing you will need to do is set up your Conference Room Types.  Conference room types have the same concept as hotel room types.  In the examples below, number of capacity was used as the conference room types.  Then you can setup your Conference Room Names.  Your Conference Items are items that are requested be available such as a projector, microphone, or podium.  The Conference Layout is how they would like it designed such as tables formed in a square, in a U-shape, auditorium style, etc.
 
Note:  Once you finish the above settings, you will need to exit Lodgical and re-enter in order to see the conference room changes.
Booking a Conference
In order to book a conference room, you will need to click on the Conference button.  View Conference Chart   This will bring you to the conference Chart.

The following images are the different tab across the top of the conference chart window.  These can be used to see what is coming up today or month as well as how the rooms need to be set up.

This chart operates in the same way the reservation chart works.  To make a reservation, click and drag on the day & time you wish to make a conference.  You will then have to find or create the account that has booked a room.

Conference Room Add-Ons
Within each conference room booking, you have a number of add-ons to help ensure your customers satisfaction. 

Conference Room Buttons

The Account button will bring you directly to the account that is associated to the conference room.  The service button will allow you to add services to the reservation, much like a hotel reservation.

Adding a Service to a Conference

Unlike a hotel reservation service, however, you can specify when this service should be carried out, "at setup" for example, as well as provide greater detail in the box below.
 
The Notes, Setup, Beverage, and Menu buttons go to a window that resembles a notepad where you can type in any number of notes for that particular area.
 
The Report button brings up the same reports/letters that are located within the account itself.
