Why Publish My Vacancies?
By putting your availability online, your clients will be more likely to call for a reservation knowing that you have room(s) available. This will not only make your website more effective, but drive more phone calls to reserve rooms.
For condos or timeshare properties, this provides the owners the ability to see if their unit has been filled. |
Set-Up
In order to get set up, you will need to call us. We need to set up an online directory that you can push your vacancies to. When you get set up with a directory, you will need to type it in the FTP Directory window (shown below).

|
Options
Once you have typed in your directory, you need to decide how you would like to display your information.
The first option box is whether you'd like to show
- Vacancy Summary
- Vacancy Detail
By choosing the summary option, you will be displaying the date and either vacant or not vacant. By choosing the detail option, there will be a number in each calendar day indicating how many vacancies you have.
In the Display Choice box, you can either display:
- Whole Property Vacancies
- Vacancies Separated by Unit Types
- Vacancies Separated by Unit Numbers
Note: If you choose to display vacancies by either unit type or number, each type or number will have it's own link. They will not be on the same webpage.
The third option is a choice to display headings. See the example links for unit numbers to view the page without headings.
Examples: Here are some links to examples from our demo property. Unless otherwise noted, Vacancy Summary was chosen for these links
Unit Types:
Unit Numbers: - All of the following were created using Do Not Show Identification On Page.
Please contact us when you are ready to push your vacancies out to the internet. We will need to set up a directory for you as well as provide you with the links to place on your website. These links vary widely depending on what options you choose.
