Did you know that we also have point-of-sale (POS) software? Our POS software is easy to use and works directly with Lodgical. This software can also be used with a touchscreen monitor to speed up transactions. Because the programs works completely on touchscreen monitors, you will not longer have to move between the keyboard and the mouse while making a sale. Number keys appear making it easy to enter amounts while using the buttons right on your screen.

Lodgical POS makes buttons for all of your products in an easy to find layout. Set up is a breeze as it works for your store sales as well as guest services.
It works with your UPC scanner for fast recognition. There are also customizable quantity keys on the bottom to speed up check out.
 
After the sale has been made, the payment is recorded and inventory is reduced. With inventory tracking, you are able to see when it's time to reorder.
In order to set up inventory, you just need to go to the Inventory menu and select "Edit Inventory". From here you can "Add a new product" or double click to edit an existing product.
By clicking the Guest Charge button on the main screen, you are able to apply a charge right to that guest. You can apply a charge to one of three ways:
- 1.) Unit Number
- 2.) Reservation Number
- 3.) Account Number
If you currently offer memberships into different clubs, Lodgical can track who is in each club and what their favorite product is. Each sale can be attached to a member of one of your clubs simply by clicking the "Membership" button in the sales screen (above). This information can then be used for mailings, discounts associated with being a club member, or specials that you wish to convey to your guests.
