Why Should I Get Lodgical Online?
Being Interfaced with Lodgical Online means you can make reservations right from your website! These reservations can then be imported right into Lodgical. Not only can people make reservations 24 hours a day but you can import import the reservation at your next available convenience. Routine Maintenance
If you use Automatic Yield Managed rates in Lodgical, all you need to is check to make sure everything is current in your Property Editor. You can get to the Property Editor through Lodgical by clicking Front Desk, then Lodgical Online, then Edit Reservation Page. If you do not use the Automatic Yield Managed rates, you will need to enter the rates for each room type.
Setting rates is easy with the calendar. Scroll down to the room type you wish to set rates for, click the Set Vacancies for Room Type button. Select the month you wish to change. Change the rate to the desired amount and click Change Information. Below is a picture of the calendar used to update room rates. You will notice that our online interface also has the ability to enforce minimum night stays.

Does Lodgical have a way to update my vacancy status?
Yes. We have a very small program that can run on your main computer and it updates your online vacancies with all of your Lodgical data.

Does Lodgical know when we have an online reservation pending?
Yes. If you have an online reservation pending, you will see a button that reads Online Reservation Pending. This button will appear just below the graph in the upper right corner.
