A Sad Farewell!
Karen Niebrugge We regretfully announce the resignation of Karen Niebrugge as Director of Health and Basic Needs Programs at Parenting Place. She was offered and has accepted a fabulous position as Development Manager at Invest in Kids in Denver.

During her three year tenure at Parenting Place, Karen helped establish the Family Resource Center in Boulder, implemented a new online database system, and rolled out classes such as our Operation Frontline nutrition offerings and the Incredible Years parenting classes.  She will be missed.

Gook luck in all your future endeavors, Karen!

NEW  GROUP -- Single Mom's Support Group

Fridays, 11:30am-1:00pm. Weekly Brown Bag Lunch - Support Group with free childcare and children's activity. Offering emothional support, educational speakers, and the camaraderie of other single mothers.


NEW GROUP -- Parents with Preschoolers

Tuesdays, 10:00-11:30am. For older toddlers, age 2-5 years.


NEW GROUP -- Russian Playgroup,

 BeginningThursday, 1/13/11, 9:30-11:00am.

   

NEW TIME for After-Nappers Toddlers Circle

Mondays, 2:30-4:00pm. For younger toddlers, ages 10-24 months.

 

SPEAKER:

Feather Berkower MSW of Parenting Safe Children, will talk to the new Single Mom's Support group on Friday, 1/21/11, about Selecting Safe Caregivers.
