The Department for Culture, Media and Sport today launched a consultation on bringing in new licence requirements for overseas online gambling firms.

Closing date for responses to the consultation is Friday 18 June 2010

These Regulations come into force on 11th March 2010 and amend the Gambling Act 2005 (Operating Licence Conditions) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/2257).
