Off-licence refused on cumulative impact grounds
  Tesco appeal dismissed Tesco
Cambridge City Magistrates have dismissed an appeal by Tesco for a premises licence at a Tesco Express shop in the Mill Road cumulative impact area.

The policy for the area required the operator to prove that the operation of the licence would not add to the cumulative impact being experienced there.
