Tesco appeal dismissed
Cambridge City Magistrates have dismissed an
appeal by Tesco for a premises licence at a
Tesco Express shop in the Mill Road
cumulative impact area.
The policy for the area required the operator to prove that the operation of the licence would not add to the cumulative impact being experienced there. |

Department for Transport have issued revised
guidance to assist local licensing
authorities in carrying out their taxi and
private hire vehicle licensing functions.
