Welcome to the Institute of Licensing's job vacancy service. Volunteers needed for the Institute of Licensing
The Institute of Licensing is working towards
being given awarding body status by the government's
qualification regulator OfQual. This would allow us to develop nationally accredited qualifications at all levels to create a career path for licensing practitioners - from new entrants to those with years of experience, too. Another related area of work involves establishing a framework for professional competencies for licensing practioners, similar to that recently established for health and safety inspectors. Do you have experience in the development of qualifications, the application process for the attainment of awarding body status, or teaching qualifications? Are you interested in contributing to these projects, which will establish a professional career path in licensing and recognised standards of competency? If so, please get in touch with us. We intend to establish a dedicated working party which will drive the process forward for the Institute, and would welcome volunteers to assist in these exciting and ground-breaking projects.
