evidence?
Could you write detailed notes after witnessing an event and put them into a witness statement that could be relied on in court? If you need to brush up on your skills as an investigator, the Institute of Licensing has a few places left on its next Investigators' PACE course on 20 April 2009.

Between them they will cover the liabilities and responsibilities of premises licence holders; the Policing and Crime Bill; exempt and permitted gaming in pubs and clubs; and public vs statutory nuisance.
