SERVICESLicensing Enforcement Officer Post Number: HH76 Grade: 5 to SO1 Salary: £16,941 - £25,940 Hours: 37 per week Your duties will include processing of licence applications, investigation of complaints and enforcement of licence conditions including regular work out of normal hours. A relevant licensing qualification and/or a local government enforcement background would be desirable. You must be able to use a range of computer software packages including the internet (to source and retrieve information), word processing and databases. Experience of working in a busy customer based environment and the ability to deal with customers with a wide range of enquiries is also required.
