The idea for this passage came to me in the shower. I get alot of inspiration there!

I don't want to scare anyone, but we never know what life has in store for us.

I have a great aunt who has not spoken to me in 14 years. I resolve to contact her to say I am sorry, before it is too late to heal for both of us.

Development for 8 week "Everyday Spirituality" and "Down to Earth Meditation"
e-courses  in progress. More to follow later this year.

As you read this I am in Arizona lounging at the pool.

More words of support next week.

A weekly uplifting message from Authentic Matters

If God Calls You Home Tomorrow:

Who do you love today?
Do they know it?
Do you really show them how you feel in word and action?

If you leave the world tomorrow will they remember you with fondness, love and happy tears for having known you?

Who do you need to forgive?
Who do you need to ask forgiveness from?
Are you too stubborn to heal a wound before you might go on your way?

Leaving the world with things undone creates regrets and longing to make things right.
Forgiveness asked or forgiveness given is a saving grace for healing the wounds of the soul.

"I am sorry", or "please forgive me" are sometimes difficult to say.
But if you leave the world tomorrow, won't it be better that way?

What do you still  need to do in this life before you head out toward the sky?
Are there unfinished business or dreams you let pass on by?

Now is the time to act,
to love,
to forgive,
to live,
to do the things your heart longs to do.

For now is all you have...

So that if tomorrow comes and it is your time to leave the world and go to the next place,
nothing will be left unsaid, no dream not pursued, no grudges held in judgement...

And then you and those you leave behind can remember your time together with fondness, love and happy tears until you meet again.

Namaste...
(I see the spiritual in you- thank you for crossing my path)
