What is the 'Never Give Up" Switch?
Why is it that some people never give up on their dreams, while others never dare to act?
What is that extra bit of courage that propels people forward in life to reach their life purpose while others slave away in silent agony?
I believe it is an extra something deep inside that resides in us between courage and risk - it is called Inner Fortitude. It is that 'never give up switch' with a dimmer that we can make brighter when we need to. We each have this little inner fortitude switch to turn on courage, ability to risk, perseverence and stubbornness in the face of adversity. By the way, when it is on high, it also gives us a deaf ear to naysayers and skeptics.
What are you dreaming about right now that you don't dare to pursue?
What little intuitive voice is whispering in your ear that is saying, "Now is the time, do not delay!"
Only by putting ourselves out 'there'
(wherever there is) do we grow and truly feel joyful, vibrant and alive. Take the first step now toward the dream that is calling you.
For a bit of inspiration, watch this incredible Youtube clip about Susan Boyle from the UK who is putting herself out there to pursue her dream in a big way. She showed 'them' all that her inner fortitude switch is turned on full blast! Believe me,take the time to watch this 6 minute video. You will be glad you did. Click here.

What's New?
"Reiki on the Road" is growing with more clients coming to me with illnesses and complaints when all other traditional healing methods fail. I have had success with injured limbs, migraines, fussy babies, stressed out people and more. If you or someone you know have aches and pains that won't go away, try Reiki with me! Gift certificates available for Reiki treatments. A great gift idea for the person who has everything.
I am busy writing my first book - about the power of Namaste in our lives. More to follow.
At 44, I am playing fast pitch softball again.Oy, my aching back! I was a fanatic player for many years and now am back on my local Dutch team from 15 years ago. Playing shortstop and batting clean-up. For those of you who know about softball, that is pretty good for an old lady like me! But it brings me moments of profound joy - so I will keep playing as long as this tired body holds out!
Thanks for taking the time to read my little emails.
I hope they help. Please send me a short note to let me know you are there... I am lonely... just kidding.
Happy Spring!
