Happiness Within
The pursuit of happiness is, strangely enough,one of our biggest blocks to happiness. What?
The pursuit of happiness will always fail because it is based on a lie...
The lie is that happiness is outside of you. Until you change the belief that happiness is not outside of you, but cultivated within, you will never quite make it.
The source of all your fears stem from the erroneus beliefs that happiness is somewhere else.
Try not to think of happiness as something that travels to you or away from you, but as a potential that you can carry within you always.
Happiness is a potential that at any given moment, we are opening to or withdrawing from. It does not come and go. What comes and goes is our attunement to keeping it present, keeping our eye on it and bringing it back to our center place when it seems to scamper away.
For the next few days, be aware of where your happiness resides within you and how strong it feels.
If it is faint or feels as if it is not present, remember that it is always present. It might just be covered up by what is going on in your heart and mind.

What's New?
My Reiki practice is starting to take off well in the Hague. If you live in the area and would like to try a Reiki session for aches and pains that won't go away, contact me for an appointment on Tuesdays at the Prins Hendriklaan 113.
Inner Wisdom Counseling also available in combination with the Reiki or separate.
I will host a drop in morning at the Women's Business Initiative in The Hague on June 20th called "Reiki; A Massage for The Soul" with demonstrations and free Reiki treatments.
I will launch a new division of the business called Spiritual Health at Work
that will offer wellness programs for the spiritual self at work. More to follow!
Authentic Matters Ministries will take a stand at both the Feel at Home in The Hague Fair and I am Not a Tourist Fair in Amsterdam this Fall.
