An Attitude of Gratitude.
You have a choice, no matter who you are or what your life is like. You can be either grateful for whatever you have, or you can be ungrateful.
I suggest that making an effort to be more consciously grateful for large and small blessings that come into your life is a good idea.
Believe it or not, gratitude is a magic formula, not only for forgiveness, but also for happiness and peacefulness, along with worldly and spiritual success.
Gratitude affects your life in two basic ways:
On the material level: When you are grateful, you are likely to be in a better mood, kinder to people and automatically makes you see your life better on all fronts.
On the spiritual level: Gratitude exudes positive energy and therefore, draws more good to you. Be grateful for the good things you do have, and the universe will respond by bringing more good things to you.

1 Minute Exercise: Right now, count on your right hand, five things that you are grateful for. Even if things are not going well, you can consider these five things to give thanks for. Now, close your eyes for one minute and dwell on these blessings and let the silent words of gratitude flow out of you, and up to God's ears. |
