Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA and has been working in the area since 2001. She also has 4 years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy. Jennifer has competed as a top age-group triathlete, ultramarathon runner and is a three time Ironman finisher. With her experience as an athlete and knowledge of body mechanics, Jennifer can design a safe and effective program to help you reach your fitness goals.

Monique has her SCW ACE and AFAA certifications. She is passionate about helping people improve their overall health through fitness and nutrition. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor, and gives Weight Room orientations as PCC's Membership Liaison. She is committed to expanding her knowledge and experience through continuing education seminars in order to better serve her clientele. Regardless of your age or ability, Monique can create a well-rounded fitness program tailored to your needs, by combining strength, core, cardio and flexibility training, with her fun and energetic style. Monique can assist you in improving your health and well-being. She has enjoyed working with our members at PCC since 2002.

Matt Tarzon
Matt is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Sports and Health Sciences, with a concentration on Sports Medicine. He has been working in personal training since 2007, working with a wide range of clients. His education and experience have allowed him to assist clients with general fitness, sport specific training, weight loss, injury prevention, injury recovery and muscle imbalance correction.
