Hello and thank you for receiving our email updates.
This past weekend, we videotaped three new Spinervals workouts to include in our Competition Series, Volumes 30, 31 and 32! I think you'll really enjoy these new additions to the training DVD collection.
Vol. 30 featured over 80 members of Life Time Fitness from the Chicago region. They all wore Life Time Fitness Cycle Club jerseys, as they rode to a 2+ hour 'aerobic endurance' workout in the cycle studio at Vernon Hills, Life Time Athletic. Roughly 60 athletes rode SPINNER NXT bikes while the balance rode their tri or road bikes on Kurt Kinetic Trainers. They hydrated with XOOD Sports Drink during the workout and did a great job bringing the workout to life!
Vol. 31 featured over 30 triathletes and cyclists from the Chicago area. They pedaled for over 90 minutes to another 'aerobic endurance' or Zone 3 workout that will challenge athletes of all abilities.
Vol. 32 upped the ante with a 45-60 minute 'threshold' workout designed to boost anaerobic threshold and sustained power output.
Overall, this new set of training DVDs will go far to build your cycling strength and endurance. Look for them this coming Fall.
