Hello and thank you for receiving our email updates.
We're here in Vernon Hills, IL getting ready to video tape three new Spinervals DVDS tomorrow, Saturday 18th at Life Time Fitness! These will include videos 30, 31 and 32 in our Competition Series. There is still some space open if you wish to appear in the video taping at 12:30 pm and the one at 4 pm! You can click HERE to find out more and to register.
The first video, 30.0, will feature about 80 members from Life Time Fitness and will be an 'aerobic endurance' ride. The second taping, at 12:30, will also be an aerobic endurance ride and the third video at 4pm will be a tempo/interval ride. This is a great opportunity to take part in a video so if you're in Chicago and surrounding areas, register before it's too late!
Also, our Lake Placid camp is just around the corner in Mid-June. If you are doing the Lake Placid Ironman distance race or simply want to enjoy a great weekend of training in the mountains, I encourage you to join us! Click HERE to learn more and to register.
And we're running a super discounted 'early bird' special for our 2010 Winter Tucson Training camp. Reserve your spot soon to take advantage of the special discounted rate. Click HERE to learn more.
