Hello and thanks for receiving our email updates. After a ton of travel lately, it's been nice to stay at home with my family and get back into a routine. I don't know about you, but I prefer routine over an inconsistent schedule, especially when it comes to training. Nowadays, when I'm at home, I try to get out on the roads for a bike or run or combo (Bike then run) when the workday is over for 60-90 minutes. When I'm traveling, an early morning hour workout at a Life Time Fitness is the ideal scenario. Either way, the days seem to start early, fly by at the speed of light and end late. If anyone can figure out how to add another couple hours to a typical day, please tell me your secret!
