Catching Up - News and Update from Coach Troy

Hello and thanks for receiving our updates!
I'll be 'on the road again', leaving sunny Tucson for a week at Life Time Fitness Corporate HQ in Chanhassen, MN. I can only hope for nice weather. Last time I was there in mid-January, the temps were negative 10-30 degrees and it was snowing! Quite a shock to someone used to the desert. Why was everyone making fun of my light spring jacket?!
On this trip, we'll be selecting new coaches to join the Life Time Endurance Coaching Staff in the Minnesota region as well as holding our first LTF Endurance Club Conference for the region. It should be a great trip! The following week, I'll be headed to the Chicago area for a similar purpose.

Another new feature we're adding is a semi regular video cast, 'Endurance Focus Tips with Coach Troy'. In this 'no frills' feature, I'll be talking about all things Endurance straight to you, as if we're having a SKYPE video conference all.
