Hello and thanks for receiving our email updates! It's been several weeks since our last e-newsletter.
Things have been really busy as I continue to settle into my new position as Natl. Director of Endurance Training at Life Time Fitness. One key focus has been the organization of the Endurance Club programs at LTF. As part of a membership, members can 'join' an interest group and participate in club based social run, bike and swim workouts. It's a great value and helps people connect with others interested in endurance sports.
We're also working hard on building the LTF Indoor Triathlon Series. This series includes over 80 Indoor Tri's in 2009 at clubs throughout the country. The Indoor Tri is perfect for the beginner, as well as for the elite who wants to start honing their race day skills. Entries start at only $30 for a member ($40 non-member). The event includes a 10 minute swim - 10 min. transition - 30 min. bike - 5 minute transition - 20 min. run. For each discipline, you see how far you can go and the standings are calculated based on performance. Try one out!

On a different note, our Tucson Camp in March is almost full! We do have a few more slots for both the 4-day and 7-day programs so please sign up asap if you'd like to reserve yours.
